Elite Assignment UK's Policy on Refunds

  • Our goal at Elite Assignment UK is to offer high-quality academic writing services at prices that are easy on the wallet. We care a lot about our students and always try to meet their needs. But if you’re not happy with our service, you can ask for a refund according to the terms and conditions listed below.

    Before placing an order, we strongly suggest that all students read this Refund Policy carefully. All requests for refunds will be handled quickly, fairly, and according to the rules below.

    1. Orders that arrive late

    Our main goal is to get assignments to you on time. We know how important deadlines are for students.

    • If your order is delivered after the original deadline without a good reason and the work can’t be used, you can ask for a full refund or store credits.
    • If the work is late but you still want to use it and only lose some points, you might get a partial refund (20–50%), depending on the situation and the proof you give.
    • Requests for refunds for late submissions must include proof, like feedback from the professor or points taken off for late work.
    • Please be aware that delays caused by missing or late information or materials from the student will not be eligible for refunds.
    1. Work of Poor Quality

    We take pride in giving you work that is of high quality and free of plagiarism. But if you think the work doesn’t meet your needs,

    • You have to ask for a free revision first (you can get as many revisions as you want for 20 days after delivery).
    • If the changes don’t fix the problem, our Quality Assurance Team will look over the case and decide how much of a refund is fair.
    • If plagiarism is found and proven with a valid report (Turnitin is preferred), you may be able to get a full refund.
    • If a student has already turned in an assignment and the school rejects it without giving us a chance to make changes, we will not process a refund.
    1. Mistakes with charges or payments

    In rare cases, technical problems can lead to extra or duplicate payments.

    • If this happens, you need to show proof of the extra transaction.
    • The extra charge will be fully refunded.
    • Most problems with payments come from the payment provider (like PayPal or a bank), and we may tell you to deal with those problems directly with them.
    1. Expert not available

    If we can’t find the right expert for your project for any reason, we will either:

    • Let you move the payment to another order of equal value, or
    • Give you a full refund.
    1. Student Cancels Order
    • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
    • If work has already begun on your order, you won’t be able to cancel it.
    • If you cancel within the time limit, you can get a full refund or store credit.
    1. Grades you want

    We promise that the work will be of high quality, that it will be properly formatted, and that it will not contain any plagiarism. We can’t promise specific grades, though, because final grades also depend on how well you do in class, on tests, and on what the professor expects.

    1. Assignments that didn’t get done

    If you get a failing grade on an assignment we did, you have 30 days from the day you turned it in to send us proof of the failure (official grade sheet + professor feedback).

    • If our review shows that the failure was because of the quality of our work, you might be able to get back 30% to 50% of your money.
    • Claims made after the 30-day period will not be processed for refunds.
    1. How to Get a Refund
    • You must send an official email to support@eliteassignment.co.uk to ask for a refund.
    • Requests made through live chat, social media, or other informal channels will not be accepted.
    • Our Quality Assurance Team will look over refund requests within 48 hours and let you know what they decide.
    • Refunds that have been approved will be processed within 48 hours.

    Please note that all refunds are subject to a 10% service charge to cover transaction fees and other costs.

    1. Time to Get a Refund
    • You have 30 days from the order deadline to make a claim for a refund.
    • Claims made after this time will not be considered.
    1. Chargebacks

    Chargebacks through banks, PayPal, or other third parties are not allowed at all. If you have a problem, please get in touch with our support team right away. If students file chargebacks without a good reason, they could be marked as fraudsters and face legal action.

    Things to Keep in Mind

    • You must give a clear reason and proof that your refund claim is valid. Generic phrases like “I don’t like the work” won’t work.
    • Students must work with our support staff and writers to solve problems. Not responding quickly enough could affect your ability to get a refund.
    • Our Quality Assurance Department must approve all refunds, and they can only be given under the conditions listed above.
