Elite Assignment UK's Policy on Revisions

  • We at Elite Assignment UK always try to give our students assignments that meet their exact needs. But if you think changes need to be made after delivery, we will be happy to make them for free as long as you follow the rules in this policy.

We strongly suggest that our clients read this Revision Policy carefully before placing an order. It will help them avoid problems later. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if you don’t agree with any part of this policy.

Clause #1: Time Limit for Revisions

    • You can ask for revisions on standard assignments (like essays, coursework, reports, case studies, etc.) up to 30 days after they are due.
    • The time to make changes is longer for longer projects like theses and dissertations. It is now 60 days.

    Clause #2: Time to Process

    • Changes are usually made within 24 to 72 hours, depending on what you asked for.
    • When you send in feedback for urgent changes, you need to make your deadline very clear.

Clause #3: New Rules Mean New Work

    • Requests for changes must only be based on the instructions that were given when the order was placed.
    • Any new needs (like a new research topic, case study, software, data set, or extra goals) will be seen as a new order and charged for separately.

Clause #4: New price quotes for new work

    • If you ask for big changes after delivery, like changing the topic, doing research on a specific country, or changing the way you reference, this will be treated as a new assignment, not a free revision. • A new price quote will be given based on how much extra work is needed.

Clause #5: The Right Ways to Talk to Each Other

    • You must send all requests for changes through the Elite Assignment Student Portal or the official email address (support@eliteassignment.co.uk).
    • This makes sure that your request goes straight to the writer who is in charge of it, so it can be handled quickly.

Clause #6: No WhatsApp or Live Chat Changes

    • Requests sent through WhatsApp, Live Chat, or social media will not be seen as valid requests for a revision.
    • You can use these channels to get general updates, but for revisions, only the student portal or email will work.

Clause #7: One Revision Cycle at a Time

    • Only one set of feedback will be considered during one revision cycle. • Any extra instructions given later will be seen as a new revision cycle.

Clause #8: When the customer is available

    • It’s important that you’re available during the revision period so that communication can happen on time.
    • If there are delays because you didn’t respond, we can’t be held responsible for missing submission deadlines.

Clause #9: Feedback must be clear and detailed

    • Requests for revisions must include clear and specific feedback, such as comments from the professor if they are available.
    • Comments that are vague, like “not good” or “needs to be different,” will not be accepted as good reasons to change.

Clause #10: Be clear about what needs to be fixed and what is wrong.

    • This makes sure that our academic experts can make changes that work.
    • Revisions may be late or not accepted if there aren’t clear instructions.

    Clause #11: Right to Refuse

    • Elite Assignment UK has the right to turn down requests for revisions that don’t follow the terms and conditions we agreed upon.If this happens, we suggest that you get in touch with our customer service team, who will do their best to help you with your problems with the tools they have.

Clause #12: Changes to the Policy

    • Elite Assignment UK can change or update this Revision Policy at any time without giving you notice. Changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website.
